This isn’t just any salad dressing! It’s a tangy, scrumptious concoction created by my friend, Cindy, who must eat grain-free, preservative-free, nut-free, sugar-free, well – you get the picture of a very limited choice of foods – to stay healthy. Drizzle it over salad or savor it as a dip for vegetables and meats.
Cindy’s Salad Dressing
1/2 c. honey (can also use pure maple syrup)
2TBSP Annie’s yellow mustard
2 TBSP Annie’s Horseradish mustard
4 TBSP coconut vinegar (or desired vinegar)
1 clove garlic
Blend those on high for about 30 seconds.
1 c. grapeseed oil (or other)
Blend on high, at least, 30 seconds WHILE slowly adding oil.
Using a blender helps keep everything mixed well!
