1/4 Cup of Coconut Flour 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
4 eggs 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 pinch of sea salt
Prepare a skillet with two tablespoons of Grape Seed Oil. The skillet (with the oil) is ready when it is sizzling hot.
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir with a whisk until thoroughly mixed. The consistency of the dough should be moist and malleable. Take a large scoop of dough with a tablespoon and form in into a ball and then shape it into a flat pancake in your hand. Place it into the hot skillet for about one minute on each side. Enjoy with a touch of maple syrup!
